Our long-standing customer SPM, a leader in the production of products for winter sports, motorsports, cycling and mountain biking, has acquired 100% of the shares of Eurogripp, also valued customer. With this acquisition, the two companies are joining forces to better position themselves for future challenges.
The acquisition, completed in June, allows SPM to combine the expertise to both companies. Production will now be concentrated at SPM’s plant in Brissago (Varese), while the former Eurogripp facilities in Tesero (Trento) will serve as a warehouse and service center.
